Society Historical Photos

Heightened interest in research and control of nuisance aquatic vegetation in South Carolina led to the formation of the S.C. Aquatic Plant Management Society in March of 1979. The Society is an official chapter of The Aquatic Plant Management Society, a national organization. 

2004 marked the 26th annual meeting of the Society.  Congratulations on the milestone and special thanks go out to our founders whose foresight developed into what we are today!
