Log on to
www.springmaidbeach.com.
Using the “Reservations” area on the lower right side of the
home page select “Find Packages”. It is not necessary to
enter your arrival, number of nights, etc. (Note: If you use
the “Reservations” area at the top of the page, you will not
be given the group option.)
Click on “Groups” at the top of the page.
Enter the group ID assigned to your group___3788___________.
Enter the password assigned to your group___205_______.
Click on “Find Group” or hit Enter. Any special comments
from the hotel or the group leader will appear first.
At the left, click on “Make Reservation”. Please note: The
Schedule of Events function is not operable at this time.
The arrival and departure dates will automatically default
to the dates of the group block. Select appropriate arrival
date, number of nights, and number of people. Click on
“Continue”. Please note: If you desire a room type or
additional nights outside of the group’s agreed room block,
it will be necessary for you to contact the hotel
reservation office directly at 800-770-6895.
Select room type desired, and click on “Start Reservation
Process”
Hotel booking policies will display, click on “I Agree” at
bottom to continue.
Confirm entered information, entered guest information. A
one-night deposit of room and tax will be required to
continue.
Once completed, a confirmation will be emailed.
